The Empty Cup Set

A crystal collection for the caregivers, healers, partners, empaths and anyone who gives more than they receive.

You do not need to add all crystal materials to your bundle. Choose what calls to you.

You carry all the things no one sees. The mental list, invisible worries and emotions no one knows you been holding. You give because it’s who you are and somewhere along you began to leaving little pieces of yourself you behind.

You pour so naturally into everyone around you that you hardly notice your own cup running empty. By the end of the day, there's barely enough left to recognize yourself.

You tell yourself you'll rest tomorrow. You'll take care of yourself when things slow down, when life gets easier. But tomorrow keeps moving and somehow, you're always last on your own list.

Somewhere between loving everyone else so well, you quietly forgot that your heart needed tending too.

This collection isn't here because you're broken. It isn't here because you're failing. It's here to remind you that the heart that gives the most deserves a place to be poured into.

You deserve gentleness.

You deserve to be held without always holding everything together.

You deserve rest without guilt.

You deserve to receive the same love you so freely give.

Your cup was never meant to stay empty.

This collection is for you if..

Asking for help feels harder than carrying everything yourself.
Holding onto so much that your emotions spill over without realizing how overwhelmed you become.
You've spent so much time pouring into everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to pour into yourself.
Your heart wants to say "yes," even when your body is quietly begging for "no
