Open Boxes Or Adding To My Order

How do I add to my order if I have an open box?

During check please enter the coupon code “free” so you can bypass the shipping fees.

Do you offer open boxes?

Yes! We hold boxes for four weeks. After four weeks, we will automatically ship out your box. If you would like an open box please send us a message in the order notes  during checkout. 

Can I add to my order even if I don't have an open box?

You sure can! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet you may add to it. If you are not sure if it was shipped, you cancontact us. Once you know your order wasn’t shipped you can use the coupon code “free” during checkout to bypass the shipping. 

Refunds & Exchanges

I received my order but there are damaged items, what can I do?

We are very sorry to hear that, we want to make sure that you are satisfied. Please take a picture of your damaged item and we will refund you. You must provide a picture within 24 hours of delivery date. In other cases, I may provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation & availability.

I received my item and I don't like it, can I exchange it?

Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos and videos of the item you intend on bringing home!

We are currently not accepting exchanges. We provide pictures, videos, and measurements of what we have in the shop to give you a real visual of what you will be receiving. All crystals will be  unique in their own way. 


What Are The Options For Locals?

We have two options for those that live in the Wilkes/Barre – Scranton Surrounding Areas. 

1. Free USPS Shipping

With the free shipping you can see if your area is covered when you check out.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We will ship your order with 1-5 business days (not including holidays). We usually ship out every Monday and sometimes sooner. Once your package leaves our shop you can expect the arrival within 2-6 business days.

What shipping supplier do you use?

We currently use USPS. We use priority mail delivery. 

My package has been lost. What do I do?

Unfortunately once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS’s hands.  Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package! They can almost always provide you with more information than the online tracking system will.

Payment & Plans

Do you offer payment plans?

Afterpay: You will apply for an account and they will offer you four interest free payments based on what they feel is best. Payments can differ between person to person.
