Refunds & Exchanges

I received my order but there are damaged items, what can I do?

I do not accept returns or refunds. If an item is broken or damaged, I can not refund. Once it leaves my possession I have no control of your package. I do pack everything with care to avoid this from happening. If you have gotten damaged items USPS does insure your order, so if something does happen to break during transit, please file a claim with USPS here... https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

An exception of a refund would be If you recived the wrong item in your order. Please reach out if this happens.

I received my item and I don't like it, can I exchange it?

Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos and videos of the item you intend on bringing home!

We are currently not accepting exchanges. We provide pictures, videos, and measurements of what we have in the shop to give you a real visual of what you will be receiving. All crystals will be  unique in their own way.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We will ship your order with 1-4 weeks (not including holidays).

What shipping supplier do you use?

We currently use USPS.

My package has been lost. What do I do?

Unfortunately once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS’s hands.  Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package! They can almost always provide you with more information than the online tracking system will. You can file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
